Advocacy groups lobbying for the approval of a therapeutic to treat sexual dysfunction in women celebrated victory late Tuesday with the agency's after-hours nod to Sprout Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Addyi; however, by Wednesday afternoon, the critics were out in force.
